Terms
Last updated 17 August 2026
These terms govern the use of sendmeyourdeck.ai (also reachable via sendmeyourdeck.com and smyd.ai), operated by Redtower Ventures (REDTOWER GmbH), Rotenturmstraße 12, 1010 Vienna, Austria ("we"). By uploading a deck you accept them.
1. What the service does
You upload a fundraising deck. We read it, derive a profile of your company and your round, and rank investors from our database against it, with a reason for every match. You can correct the criteria, tell us whether a match is any good, select investors and hand that selection over to Prospector.
The service is free of charge and requires no account. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time. There is no entitlement to availability, and no service level is promised.
2. The investor data is unverified
Investor records come from public sources and our own research. They are not verified and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Cheque sizes, stages, sector focus and activity change constantly and are frequently not published at all.
Treat every match as a starting point for your own research. Check the fund's own website before you contact anyone. Naming an investor is not a statement that they are looking for investments, that they would consider your company, or that any relationship exists between them and us.
3. No investment or legal advice
The results are a software-generated suggestion. They are not investment advice, not financial advice, not legal advice, and not a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Redtower Ventures is a management consultancy; providing this free tool does not create a consulting mandate or any other contractual relationship beyond these terms.
Whether you approach an investor, and on what terms you raise, is your decision alone.
4. Your deck
You keep every right in the deck you upload. You grant us only the right to process it in order to produce your results and to keep it for the retention period described in the privacy notice. We do not use it to train models and do not pass it to third parties, other than the processors named there.
You confirm that you are entitled to upload the deck and to have the information in it processed, including any personal data of third parties it contains.
5. Acceptable use
Upload fundraising decks, not anything else. Do not attempt to extract the investor database in bulk, to circumvent technical limits, to disrupt the service, or to upload malware or unlawful content. We may block access if you do.
6. Prospector
Clicking "Contact investors" hands your selection to Prospector, a separate product with its own terms, prices and privacy notice. What happens there is governed by those terms, not these.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation essential to the purpose of this contract, and only up to the damage typically foreseeable at the time.
Beyond that we accept no liability — in particular not for decisions you take on the basis of the results, for the accuracy or completeness of investor data, for the outcome of a fundraising process, or for interruptions of the service. Mandatory statutory liability, including under the Austrian Product Liability Act, is unaffected.
8. Intellectual property
The website, the wordmark, the matching logic and the compiled investor database belong to Redtower Ventures. Your results are yours to use for your own fundraising; systematic copying, resale or redistribution of the investor data is not permitted.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when the service changes. The version published at the time you upload a deck applies to that upload.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For businesses, the competent court in Vienna, Austria has exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the service as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you are resident remain unaffected, and you may also sue at your place of residence.
